Returns & Exchanges

Rastah offers a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments to ensure your complete satisfaction with our artisanal collections. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Rastah box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the original invoice is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
